**岗位职责：**
负责公司微电机产品全生命周期的质量管控，主导品质管理体系（ISO9001、IATF16949）的运行与持续优化；制定并推行标准化作业流程，提升制程品质稳定性；组织重大质量异常分析与闭环处理，高效响应客户投诉，推动快速改善；主导供应商质量评估与辅导，推动来料品质持续提升；开展内部质量培训与团队能力建设，确保品质管理规范化、制度化。

**任职资格：**
5年以上微电机行业品质管理经验，精通电机工艺及关键质量控制点；熟悉质量与环境管理体系，具备体系审核及内审经验；具备出色的跨部门协调与问题解决能力，能有效推动客户投诉及供应商改善；具备良好的沟通表达与团队管理能力，能独立带领品质团队高效运作。
