职位 boss 描述

岗位职责：
1.负责主持生技部的工作，贯彻落实公司的各项管理制度，协调本部门和其他部门的工作关系。
2.负责组织开展工艺、工装相关规定的日常执行监督管理工作。
3.负责组织工艺、工装的设计与验证工作，并在实际工作中不断加以改进，持续提高作业效率。
4.负责组织生产工艺文件的编制与审核，包括各类材料定额、工时，并在实际工作中不断加以改进、更新。
5.负责组织模具人员、工艺人员及时解决生产中出现的技术问题，为一线生产活动做好技术指导与技术支持。
6.负责组织新产品工艺可行性评审，以及图纸工艺审核签批工作。
7.负责模具工艺的市场了解、研究以及定期策划、规范模具工艺工作。
8.领导交办的其他事务。
任职要求：
1.机械类相关专业本科以上学历或中级以上专业技术职称（有水泵行业设计工作经验优先）；
2.三年以上同岗位工作经验，精通机械制造的专业知识；
3.熟练使用计算机和计算机制图软件CAD、OFFICE办公软件；图纸能力强；
4.工作认真、细致、负责，具有一定的技术开发能力。

The company, founded in 2004, with 32,000 meter square modern workshop and the largest pump ****ing bay in Fujian Province, is located in the new rising Economic Zone on West Bank of Taiwan Straits, Minhou Tieling Economic & Technology Industrial park. Our products are widely applied in the fields of plants, mine, city water supply, fire fighting, construction, irrigation and sewage treatment with good quality and performance, well received both in overseas and domestic market.
