职位 boss 描述

岗位职责：
1. 负责生产过程中在制品的巡检与抽检，及时发现并反馈工艺异常、质量偏差；
2. 按照检验标准及作业指导书执行各项检测任务，确保产品符合品质要求；
3. 协助处理现场质量问题，参与异常分析并推动改善措施落实；
4. 记录检验数据，维护检验台账，确保信息准确可追溯；
5. 配合IPQC主管完成日常质量监控与过程管控工作。

任职资格：
1. 中专及以上学历，化工、材料、食品、生物等相关专业优先；
2. 熟悉基础化学分析或物理检测方法，能熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、电子天平等检测工具；
3. 具备良好的责任心与执行力，能适应轮班及产线环境；
4. 有1年以上质检或生产检验工作经验者优先，有学习意愿，愿意长期从事品质管理工作。
