职位 boss 描述

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Manage in-coming/process, final products quality, to ensure products meet requirement;
2. Responsible for evaluating and disposing nonconforming products.
3. Write and update inspection instruction and propose to improve products standard and specifications.
4. Take part in supplier management, improve supplier quality performance;
5. Dispose customer complaint, convoke a meeting for creating 8D report ,analysis quality problem cause, create action plan and validate it until close the problem.
6. Maintain measuring and monitoring devices, make sure all devices are used within period of validity;
7. Ensure all defined quality instructions are properly executed.
8. Assist quality manager to maintain the ISOI 9001 and EHS systems.
9. Train inspectors on the inspection and audit skills as well as standard requirement.
10. Implement and maintain process quality indicators.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Mechanical Engineering college education or equivalent. Major in Hydraulic is a plus.
2. 5 years of QC/QA Engineer experience in Manufacturing environment.
3. Be familiar with inspection methods and ISO9001 & ISO14001 System
4. Good computer skills and documentation management;
5. English reading/written required
