职位 boss 描述

Requirement:
1. 2-3 years of finance, business control or business development experience
2. Automotive and/or aluminum engineering industry experience is an advantage
3. Bachelor and above in a relevant field. Master degree or the like in a relevant field as preferable.
4. Qualified with accounting and computerizing as preferable. Certified Account or the like as preferable
5. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point. Basic knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management a plus. Understanding of accounting and local financial regulations as preferable. Knowledge/experience of GAAP, IFRS and accounting software/ERP an advantage
6. Project management. Strong communicator. Presenting data and findings in a analytical and structural way. High level of integrity with the ability to challenge. Frequent cross-functional interaction requiring good relationship skills
7. Good at English, both written and oral.
8. Demonstrate basic project management skillset, knowledge and experience. Experience from and ability to lead projects and execute indirect leadership is a plus
9. In the role change management will be a key element to succeed in improvement projects. Having experience from change management projects is a plus.
10. Experience from interaction with external parties, such as auditing firms and local government, is a plus.
