Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities,
Operation:
1 Inbound and outbound shipments status tracking and trace.
2 Urgent shipment push and closely follow up to ensure transporation leadtime meet the schedule.
3 Follow up local declaration. Push urgent shipment.
4 Vendor payment audit to ensure each payement compliance global ratecard.
5 Forwarder claim handling and push.
6 Perform warehouse daily cycle count.
7 Warehouse cargo damage/overage/shortage status follow up.
8 Monitor 3PL operation performance.
9 Familiar with SAP system.
10 Build good relationship with cross function department. Engage with CSR/Sales team to solicit feedback proactively from the key customer accounts.
11 Collect the survey result and take actions to eliminate the major reasons for "complaints" from both internal & external customers.

Report:
1 Prepare monthly accrual and cost analyze report.
2 Collect the KPI data and generate monthly KPI report to track performance of vendors.
3 Analyze the reasons behind performance failure and implement continuous improvement plan.
4 Any operational report required by high level management.

Qualifications,
College graduate or above;
At least 1 year multinational company working experience in logistics area;
Familiar with SAP system;
Can work under the pressure of transportation and warehouse operations;
Skillful with Word and Excel operations;
Good English in speaking, listening and writing.
CET-4.
