HR Operations Analyst - Payroll

BU: Corporate HR
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

Key responsibilities of the job:

？ Be responsible for staff’s payroll & benefits calculation and adjustment.
？ Be responsible for all payroll related records/documents are properly filed.
？ Be responsible for data analysis and reporting.
？ Partner to complete system projects, such as payroll system improvement.
？ Participate in annual planning of compensation and benefits budget.
？ Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders, such as employees, vendors.
？ Participate in HR operations project like process streamline, year-end process.

Qualifications & Special skills required:

？ Minimum 5 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefits functions
？ Good understanding and well-versed of Labor Law, HR practices in the manufacturing industry and Industrial Relations.
？ Excellent data analytical skill and high levels of integrity and professionalism.
？ Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and expert level in Excel

Competencies required:

？ Team player, high motivation, independent, well organized and result oriented.
？ Pleasant personality with the ability to interact with people at all levels and well organized.
？ Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic environment, committed and dedicated.
？ Good communication & interpersonal skills
？ Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
