COMMUNICATIONS MARKETING ANALYST, Asia

Location - Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai

Overview:
The Marketing & Communications Specialist works in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager to manage a range of high impact, integrated marketing tactics with the primary objective of growing sales pipeline and build a strong thought leadership for the Business Unit in the region. Main markets include Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia.

The job requires a highly organized individual who has solid experience of executing various Marketing programs/campaigns in a complex, fast paced business world - the individual needs to demonstrate good understanding of how Marketing drives demand generation. The individual also needs to have strong bilingual messaging skills both in spoken and written language and be able to articulate opinions confidently to influence various teams, including the regional leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
? Manage and lead the development of various marketing materials, including but not limited to product brochures, visual designs and production, videos, product demo for trade shows, etc.
? Support customer engagement events, such as Tech Days.
? Work with external PR agency and Creative agency to lead awareness campaigns for key products/technologies (press release, conferences, trade shows, media buy, etc.)
? Be able to proactively identify communications opportunities and manage internal communications in the region, including localizing global internal campaigns
? Ensures that all communications and marketing materials comply with TE’s global branding guidelines

Qualifications
? 5+ years of in-house experience in B2B/manufacturing industries; with an agency background is a plus
? Experience in assisting or managing marketing programs to drive MQLs
? Excellent bi-lingual communications skills, strong ability to write and edit a wide range of communications/marketing content in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
? Good business sense and excellent project management skills
? Experience with Salesforce.com and other web marketing tools is not a must, but a plus
? Highly organized; be able to work independently with great attention to details
? Good interpersonal skills; high energy, self-driven with strong team-oriented spirit
? Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism or other related fields
