职位 boss 描述

1.As a project leader, offer solution plans to customers’ problems when new technical come in or lead complex projects which involve many internal departments.
2.Monitor new products manufacturing and qualification smoothly to mass production. Proactive to provide suggestions to speed up schedule.
3.Be familiar with CE working system and flow to pursue zero mistake. Meanwhile, according to real case handling to provide continue improvement plans.
4.Be ability to guide junior CE daily working to improve work efficiency.

Daily working with TD/DS/PIE/PDE/QRE /PC/Sales related departments to handling customer engineering problems and requirements. To Ensure product come in smoothly and move in RSA quickly.
To well know customer’s requirements and ensure to delivery right questions to right owner so as to provide the answer to customer in timely. To provide the best service to customers.

A.Major Required: EE or material related.
B.Fab working experience related.
C.Good communication in English
D.Bachelor degree above.
E.8years+ experience.
