职位 boss 描述

Responsibilities:
- Define & Execute HEMS Roadmap strategy and portfolio lifecycle management
- Manage HEMS Product line P&L
- Identification of new technology or application trends in the market place
- Build customer relationships and be accepted as a competent partner by the customers
- Acquisition of new projects at existing & new customers / applications
- Translation of the voice of customer into product requirements
- Lead the cross functional TE team through the RFQ process from first customer contact until business nomination
- Support customer, application and competitor market analysis
- Support MARCOM activities such as Articles, Flyers, Fairs, and Tech-Days
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Frequently cooperate with Global HEMS team

Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering required with 5 years of relevant experience
- High degree of knowledge in New Energy Vehicle Architecture and Applications, especially with HV Battery Pack or Relay/Contactors preferred.
- Good understanding of Automotive Applications and Systems
- Business Acumen within the automotive business environment
- Strong capability to turn customer needs into a business opportunities
- Ability to manage a cross functional team in a matrix organization
- Innovative thinker and problem solver. Willingness to push for better solutions
- Professional English in written and verbal form; professional presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Project, SAP, Cost Calculation Sheet, and Lean PD/CPP Sheet
