任职要求：
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience in an Automotive Manufacturing environment required. Previous management experience mandatory. Tool and die certificate or Engineering Degree an asset.
有5年以上汽车制造行业工作经验，管理经验。模具证书或者工程学位将作为优先考虑。
? Thorough knowledge of metal stamping, assembly, and welding processes
对金属冲压，加工和模具相关知识有深入了解
? Knowledge of Kaizan Manufacturing and Production Principles and scheduling
了解生产制造，生产计划
? Familiarity with Tool and Die practices, maintenance procedures and measuring instruments.
熟悉模具使用，维护保养流程和测量仪器
? Knowledge of MRP and application software (word processor, spreadsheet, database, etc.).
了解物料计划和相关软件
? Strong management, organizational and communication skills.
出色的管理，组织和沟通能力
? Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
出色的分析和解决问题的能力
? Knowledge of TPM methodology.
对 TPM 的方法有所了解
? Knowledge of progress discipline principles
对渐进性惩罚措施有一定了解
? Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
清晰理解ISO/TS 16949 和ISO 14001的相关要求，标准
岗位职责：
? Manage all aspects of production and production related activities ensuring 100% on-time delivery
(Including; scheduling, manning, equipment capacity, and support function departments)
所有生产和生产相关事宜的管理，确保100%准时出货（包括计划，人员，设备，支持其他功能部门）
? Develop and implement standard operation procedures for all production operations.
针对所有生产活动，建立并实施标准化工作流程
? Ensure implementation and adherence to Health and Safety and Environmental policies.
确保实现并遵守所有健康安全和环境相关政策
? Responsible for enforcing quality / environmental policies and achieving quality and environmental objectives.
负责实施质量/环境政策以及达到质量与环境目标
? Ensure all data collection is completed and accurate and production reports are created in a timely manner.
确保完成所有的数据收集工作及其准确性，及时有效地完成生产报告
? Prepare, maintain and act upon the results of production reports to improve productivity through CIP activities in all production and support departments
根据生产报告呈现的结果，筹备并实施相关的持续性改善项目
? Required to participate on committees as appointed and attending all meetings as required.
参与管理团队并参加所有要求的会议
? Responsible for the hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline in order to maintain the safety and well-being of all production associates.
负责生产人员的招聘，培训，绩效评估，奖惩，维持生产人员的健康和良好工作状态
? Ensure Key Process Indicator reporting elements as identified by management are displayed and maintained.
确保由管理层定义的关键过程指数报告要素得以展示和维护
? Responsible for personal development of all production personnel (motivation, reviews, career development)
负责所有生产部门员工的个人发展（员工激励，表现评估，职业生涯规划等）
? Responsible for maintaining department budgets for manning and spending.
负责维护好部门内的人员和采购预算
? Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and co-ordination between all production staff is maintained.
维护好所有生产部门员工之间有效的沟通，协商与合作
? Other duties as assigned by Management
完成管理层指派的其他任务。
