Overview:Execute the daily payment/disbursement activities with the objective of providing high standards of service according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) within TE\'s Corporate policies and proceduresKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Accounting (i) Prepare/process automatic and manual payments in different currencies; declare the FX payments for trading and non-trading transactions according to the SAFE and bank\'s requirements; reconcile payment information with e-banking system on a regular basis; monitor and replenish petty cash in order to ensure compliance with TE\'s Corporate policies and related regulatory requirements; and (ii) Perform payment related closing activities in order to ensure that financial closing is completed in an accurate and timely manner Financial Reporting/Analysis Prepare payment related reports/analysis within required schedule in order to ensure compliance with TE\'s Corporate policies Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Internal Controls (i) Review SOX documentation on payment activities in order to ensure the documents represent the company\'s existing situation; and (ii) Implement a remediation plan to address SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and TE\'s Corporate policies Audit Support Provide support in the external and internal audits in order to ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner Performance Improvement Assist Payment Supervisor in identifying potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization REQUIREMENTS College degree or above in accounting, finance or other related field More than 1 year of working experience in finance and accounting area, experience in an MNC or a shared service environment is preferred Knowledge and experience of applying CAS or US GAAP Proficient in MS Office, familiar with ERP accounting module as a functional end user Good command of written English, good communication skills, integrity, accountability, customer service oriented, detail-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
