Job Description

Why Does This Position Exist (Objectives)
从事火力发电厂项目的水工工艺工作，主要包括项目可行性研究、初步设计、施工图设计、设计咨询、EPC投标配合、设计优化等；
Work on fossil fired power plant water process, including feasibility study, basic engineering package, detail engineering, technical solutions and design for EPC proposal, and design optimization.
水工工艺专业包括取水设计(河水、海水、地下水等)，冷却系统选择及布置，生产、生活给水系统设计，污废水处理等方面工作。
Water process discipline work include water intake design (river, seawater, underground water, etc.), cooling system selection and arrangement, process and living water supply system design, sewage and waste water treatment, etc.
负责项目水工工艺专业的技术管控、设计优化方案策划，编制项目水工工艺专业设计原则；
Responsible for leading project water process discipline, developing the project water process design basis, and developing the project water process optimization plan;
参加项目水工工艺专业主要设备招标的技术评标和技术协议谈判；
Developing the equipment Material requisition, responsible for equipment technical bid evaluation and technical agreement negotiation;
主持项目水工工艺专业设计联络会；
Leading the water discipline design liaison meeting
协调项目水工工艺专业与相关专业的设计配合及资料提交；
Responsible for technical coordination and information exchange with relevant disciplines
负责项目水工工艺专业设计进度计划及跟踪实施；
Managing the project water discipline schedule, progress, and budget;
帮助年轻工程师的技术提高
Mentors technical skills of junior engineers

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required
Job Specific Knowledge:
10年以上电力设计院相关专业工作经验
10+ years water process discipline working experience in power engineering company;
担任过大中型火电项目专业设计主设人工作
Worked as discipline lead engineering in middle/lager size fossil fuel fired power projects;
具有大中型电力工程设计及方案优化的能力
Has the experience of technical optimization on middle/lager size fossil fuel fired power projects;
能编制设计文件、工作报告及工程总结
Ability to develop the discipline work report
能够审查本专业的设计成果
Ability to review water process discipline technical solutions and deliverables
具有大中型火电项目空冷岛设计经验者优先
Preferable to have air cooled condenser experience for large size power plant.

HSE Capability:
Has high sense of HSE .Proactively engage and adopt HSE requirements and promote HSE awareness of OneWay and a commitment to achieve zero harm.

People Skills
Ability to develop professional relationships with line managers and other parties Ability to have good relationships with outsourced vendor
Ability to have a good communication with employees

Other
Fluent in both written and oral English
