Job Title: - QC Manager

Work Location: Shanghai – Pudong

PRINCIPLE PURPOSE:

1. QC (Quality Control) Manager for EPC experience related with hydrocarbon & petrochemical.

2. Applicant needs product knowledge and its QC requirements, good leadership and communication skills, good knowledge regarding codes, standards, directives, and regulations, and good organizational skills.

3. Working as the QC Manager you will provide leadership to the inspection team and ensure compliance to quality norms on multiple manufacturer shops with respect to power, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, piping, and steel structure while also supporting inspection at vendors/suppliers during fabrication activities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

2. Rich experience to perform the shop inspection for static equipment, mechanical equipment, piping & steel structure.

3. Over 10 years working experience in shop inspection field, especially 5 years in hydrocarbon, petrochemical & power (boiler & BOP) sectors in management level position

4. Management & surveillance on multiple manufacturer shops in accordance with ISO 9001 series “Quality Standards”

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Maintain a high level of expertise for quality control in hydrocarbon, petrochemical & power (boiler & BOP) fields

2. Conduct inspection & surveillance in order to improve the equipment quality of multiple manufacturer shops

3. Rank and report on findings in English

4. Fluent in English speaking

5. Ideal applicants must be self-motivated, flexible; delivery focused and have a ‘can do’ positive attitude.
