职位 boss 描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become well versed with all Servo, Motion Control
Become experienced in Tuning Servo Loop Gains
Responsible for the sales and product management for ElectroCraft Motor / Servo Drive
Responsible for Asia market
Support application projects from concept to completion: Channel partner, OEM, End users, Key accounts
Assist Marketing team in sales strategies for the product of motion control / Servo drive.
Maintains relationships with existing customers and to aggressively expand new customer base to drive growth and profitability for the company
Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
Assist design engineering team with testing of new products, options and software
To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when required/assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree of any Engineering discipline preferably in Electronics
Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience in the market of factory automation.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage direct and indirect sales activities
Software expertise: PLC programming, structured test such as C.
Familiarity with Networks is desirable: RS232 serial, CANopen, EtherCat, etc.
Experience in solutions selling to OEM and manage performance of distribution channels.
Driven and target oriented.
A good communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire for success.
A team player with the ability in meeting set targets
Occasional travel will be required
