ET Solar is a leading vertically integrated solar product manufacturing and turnkey solar system solution provider across the globe.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Agreeing the annual plans with customers, and monitoring monthly and quarterly performance;
2. Negotiating customer pricing and contract terms;
3. Negotiating credit terms and ensuring payments are received on time from customers;
4. Providing demand, pricing and payment forecasts on a monthly basis with weekly updates;
5. Developing new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy;
6. Monitoring competitor prices, activities and strategies;
7. Previous experience in key account management, including developing channel management strategies, account planning and negotiation of pricing, cash & credit terms.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s degree or above, major in international trade or similar;
2. 1-2 years Sales experience is required; PV industry experience is a plus;
3. Fluent English in both written and speaking, CET-6 or above;
4. Proactive, willing to learn, honest, team player;

Career Path:
1. For the first year in ET Solar, to work as Sales Support, get to familiar with the process and Sales knowledge.
2. Transfer to Sales Representative after 1 years learning, need to travel overseas.
