职位 boss 描述

Overall:
Ensure quality operation stable in the whole company, including system and product quality
Ensure the implementation of group criterions and procedures, according to group requirement.
Reduce NQC (Non-Quality Costs).
Supplier quality performance Assurance

Responsibilities:
QC responsibilities 50%
1.Lead and support the QC team to maintain quality operation including, incoming, in-process, final inspection and new product introduction;
2.Make team development plan, promote and organize training activities to develop competencies of the subordinates;
3.Provide annual budget of department including equipment investment and department costs, and keep the costs under control;
4.Take the lead to resolve the quality problem during production and after delivery;
5.Take in charge of statistics and data analysis on the production / Assembly.
QA responsibilities 50%
6.Responsible for overall quality management, establish robust quality control system with the focus on zero-defect culture, quality policies, standard, processes and procedures) to improve overall quality capability.
7.Set up annual (regular) internal audit process, defining standards and expectations of such audits, and recording and reporting on findings, monitoring the implementation progress till closed.
8.Promote continuous quality improvement. PDCA, Kaizen;
9.Provide all kinds of report including monthly quality report, supplier monthly quality report required;
10.Supplier quality assurance: Homologation of new supplier / new part or material from prototype to industrial batch;New design localization supporting to China procurement team;Suppliers quality assurance audits;Supplier NC tracking, verification and reporting.
11.Perform other duties assigned by management or superior effectively and efficiently.

Capabilities required
1.More than 5 years on quality management or technical experience, 3 years quality department manager in multi-national company;
2.Be familiar with ISO9000&14000 standards. Internal auditor is a must;
3.Be familiar with QC tools (SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSL, CPK, PDCA, 8D,etc.) is a must;
4.Be familiar with High voltage testing activities, such as PFW, Impulse tests, etc. is a plus;
5.BS or higher in Mechanical or Electrical engineering major;
6.Good working knowledge in English, to be able to communicate fluently with foreign colleagues
