职位 boss 描述

Main Responsibilities:
1. Collect and review operation data from different functions, develop fcst number with solid support.
2. Review and analysis monthly plant P&L, monitor gross margin.
3. Analysis and identify the key drivers with actions and owners.
4. Monthly review the balance sheet to ensure the accuracy and timely clean up.
5. Prepare monthly analysis report serve for global review meeting.
6. Track actual cost monthly, verify the root cause of cost variance.
7. Annual budget preparation.

General Requirements:
1. Bachelor in Finance and Accounting. Good at English.
2. 5 years Financial working experience in foreign enterprise with 3 years reports and cost analysis experience in manufacturing enterprise.
3. Have experience in ERP system such as SAP.
4. Accountability, proactiveness, willing to work with overtime in case necessary, good team work spirit.
