职位 boss 描述

Responsibilities :
Maintain quality management system effectiveness and continuous improvement including corrective actions, preventive actions and key quality metrics
Integrate the corporate quality policies with customers and suppliers to cope with required standard
Monitor customer key measurable and manage supplier/vendor management to achieve customer satisfaction
Primary contact for customer quality concerns. Verifies and submits customers’ quality issues and complaint in a timely & effectively manner
Ensure quality problems are resolved in a timely & effective manner without reoccurrence
Ensure smooth execution of quality mechanism and quality controlled processes and documentation
Ensure Electrocraft products are in compliance with the requirement of the RoHS, REACH

Requirements :
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years practical experience in Quality Engineering function with minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment, motor industry is a must.
Knowledge in lean manufacturing and Kaizen
Experience in quality management system of ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949 are preferred
Good knowledge in the application of quality tools, like six-sigma, FMEA, and DoE etc. Certified 6 Sigma in black belt is preferred
Team player, work independent, self-motivated & able to work under tight schedule
Good communication (both English & Chinese) and presentation skill
Frequently travel both in China and overseas.
