职位 boss 描述
To conceive, plan, coordinate, develop, qualify and implement assembly processes that meet FCI’s costs and capacity objective against customer requirements.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to all aspects related to the implementation (materials, tooling, equipment, etc.), operability and performance of new or existing Assembly processes, their modifications and related documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to develop prototype tools and processes to execute (and validate) a defined technique that would ultimately support manufacturing requirements and provide an understanding of material processing behavior within a specified process or when subjected to a given technique.
3. Ability to characterize process and the behavior of materials for the purpose of identifying  and eliminating variability (natural & special) so that process limits can be clearly identified and controls established through statistical practices.
4. Ability to qualify process criticals to required levels through product/process correction actions driven by root cause analysis that incorporate statistical practices.
5. Should have knowledge and skills using:
• Internet software
• Project Management software (Microsoft Project)
• Spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel)
• Word Processing software (Microsoft Word)
• Presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
• Statistical analysis software (example JMP) 
• Measurement System Analysis
• Pro Engineer (preferable)
6. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors, team members, and manufacturing site representatives.
7. Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision and provide updates on project status where issues or problems can be reviewed, discussed and resolved.
8. Ability to communicate and relate well with engineers in each region of the world.
9. Demonstrated skill and knowledge to train individuals and teams.
