职位 boss 描述

主要职责:
1.日常生产管理
Daily production arrangement
制定生产计划并保证平稳的实施；
Set production schedule and keep running in good condition
解决生产过程中的异常，潜在的问题的发现及拟定相应的解决方案；
Finds out and solves problem in production, and provide solution for the potential risks
提高生产效率，降低员工的劳动强度
Improve production efficiency, and reduce manpower intensity
整理及分析生产数据；
Collect & analyse data related to production activity
监督生产所需原辅料、工具、设备等的使用情况；
Supervise on the conditions of RM, IM, equipments and machines in production line
协助生产经理控制及维护本部门质量体系的正常运行；
Assist on Plant Manager to control and keep quality system smoothly within the department
协助生产经理设计生产现场布局及人员配置；
Assist on Plant Manager make shop floor layout and manpower assignment
组织对检验中发现的不合格品进行处理
Handle the rejective products during the process of quality inspection
2. 积累生产中的技术工艺KNOW-HOW，建立生产所必须的标准操作规程并在实践工作中不断完善及改进。
Build up producion technique，make out SOP of production lines, update and improve with daily routines
3.加强与部门内各职能单位及与其他部门间的沟通，确保有序的生产活动。
Enhance communication with the related functions of Production and other departments, to make sure the smooth pr oduction activity
4.人员管理
Manpower management
新员工岗位技能培训；
Coash new operators according as the training plan
对下属提供必要的指导；
Provide the necessary guide for subordinations
培训多面手员工并注重员工的个人发展
Coash and develop production generalists, focus on employees‘ development
在部门内创建团结、高效的团队作风；
Motivate teamwork spirit and high efficiency spirit in team

任职要求:
教育背景:
1.本科及以上学历；机械类、化学类或管理类专业
2.机械行业生产管理5年及以上经验
3.熟悉制造业的管理模式和人力配置
4.熟悉注塑产品的生产流程和工艺
5.优秀的自学能力、较强的动手能力和实践意识
6.流利的中英文口头及书面表达能力
7.熟练的报告演示技巧
8.积极进取，责任心强
9.善于学习，创新能力强
10.人际沟通、交往能力强；
